Finca Patio Bonito is a multigenerational family farm in Caldono, Cauca, led by Carlos Trujillo and his daughter, Paola, a quality-focused cupper and post-harvest innovator. Across their high-altitude estate, more than 13 specialty varieties are cultivated with a focus on quality, sustainability, and community impact. Their work emphasizes soil regeneration, biodiversity, and collaboration with neighboring producers, helping strengthen the regional coffee ecosystem while advancing Colombian specialty coffee.

This natural Pink Bourbon showcases notes of mango, elderflower, raspberry, and grapefruit, supported by a juicy sweetness and bright, structured acidity. Paired with our Almond Butter, its floral character and vibrant fruit notes are gently enhanced while preserving the coffee's elegance and clarity.

On seasonality — Our coffees are seasonal. We buy small lots and keep each one for three to six months; when it’s finished, a new origin takes its place.
