Produced by Andrés Salaverría, a fifth-generation coffee producer with over a century of family heritage in El Salvador, this micro-lot reflects a thoughtful balance of tradition, sustainability, and modern craftsmanship.

Grown at Finca San Francisco in the Apaneca–Ilamatepec region, the coffee is cultivated under full shade in fertile volcanic soils, with careful selection of ripe cherries and a deep commitment to environmental and community stewardship.

In the cup, expect strawberry, yellow peach, and white grape—a delicate, expressive profile that pairs beautifully with our Pecan Pie Nut Butter, whose gentle warmth and honeyed sweetness enhance the coffee’s fruit clarity and elegant finish.
