This lot showcases the collective passion of 25 smallholder farmers, featuring a field blend of Caturra, Pink Bourbon, Castillo, and Colombia varieties. It undergoes gentle decaffeination using the Ethyl Acetate (sugar cane) method, which carefully removes caffeine while preserving the coffee’s character. In the cup, you’ll taste rich notes of smooth chocolate, sweet figs, and walnut. Perfect alongside our Pure Hazelnut Butter.
