Fazenda Sertão has been cultivating coffee for more than a century, shaped by generations of the Pereira family. Since Nazareth and José Isidro Pereira took stewardship of the farm in 1949, it has remained a family-led operation rooted in continuity and care. Today, Francisco Isidro Pereira carries this legacy forward, honoring tradition while refining the farm’s focus on quality-driven, specialty coffee production.

In the cup, elegant layers of milk chocolate, roasted almond, and bright citrus zest create a harmonious profile. Paired with praline chocolate, the coffee gains depth and indulgence—the praline’s caramelized sweetness
and nutty richness amplify the chocolate tones while softening the citrus lift, resulting in a refined, velvety finish.
